Coimbra

The International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN) is organising the 7th ISN Special Neurochemistry Conference on SYNAPTIC FUNCTION AND DYSFUNCTION IN BRAIN DISEASES. It is with great pleasure that we invite you to Coimbra, Portugal, in June 2016 to attend this conference.

An outstanding group of speakers from around the globe will share their expertise in an informal setting. The conference will be a dynamic forum for scientific exchange and a unique opportunity to discuss recent findings on the mechanisms that govern synapse formation, neurotransmitter release, post-synaptic receptor trafficking, synaptic plasticity, neuronal circuits and cognition and behavior. These topics will also be considered in the scope of their relevance for mechanisms of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders. Oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts.
